Chris Muglia

Chris Muglia is a Catholic singer/songwriter and speaker. As a musician and speaker, Chris has a tremendous ability to connect with audiences of all ages in a way that inspires them to deepen their relationship with Christ, and renew their commitment to the Catholic Church. He is an accomplished guitarist and pianist, and his music is published with Oregon Catholic Press. Chris has served as a full time liturgist and music director in the Diocese of Phoenix, Arizona since 1990. Chris is the executive director of Sound Mission Ministries and continues to minister at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Tempe, Arizona. He and his wife Sheila have been married fourteen years, and have five children.

Deacon Mitch Rennix

Deacon Mitch Rennix, who loves “preaching, teaching and reaching out to others”, was raised in a family that rarely went to church. Admittedly having little knowledge of a life of faith, he began attending church regularly with his wife and family at the request of his nine-year-old daughter. Entering the RCIA program and experiencing an “eye opening and life changing” Cursillo weekend, he was called to the diaconate. Following his ordination in 2000, he served as the Spiritual Director of San Diego Cursillo. He is currently the Director of the RCIA program at Church of the Resurrection in San Diego, California. Deacon Mitch has combined his love of music with the gospel in forming a group called “True Presence,” which has played at the California Center for the Performing Arts, Escondido, and gatherings of Benedictus, a San Diego Catholic Diocese group dedicated to raising up men as Catholic Leaders. Deacon Mitch and his wife Lydia have been married for 33 years, and have two adult daughters, four grandsons, and one granddaughter. He currently serves at Church of the Resurrection in Escondido, California

Mary Moore

Mary Moore is a writer and sought after speaker for women and family ministry who believes that the renewal of the church belongs to faithful families who live in obedience to Christ, and serve Him with joy. She is a syndicated columnist best know for her column, "Wholly Family" which has been encouraging Catholic families for over three years.

As a mother and wife, a former high school English teacher, and a daughter of a 40-year veteran deacon, Mary shares with enthusiasm and humor the joys and challenges of living out the vocation of motherhood and Catholic family life.

She and her husband of 8 years are deeply involved as speakers for marriage preparation and enrichment ministries in the diocese of Phoenix. She lives in Chandler, Arizona with her husband and three children.

Patrick Impiccini

Patrick Impiccini

Pat Impiccini is a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Tempe, Arizona, where he is co-leader of the Interfaith Community Outreach Ministry, as well as a member of the Music Ministry, an Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist, and Pastoral Care of the Sick ministries.

After more than 20 years in television news, Pat increasingly felt a call to live the Gospel more fully on a daily basis. In 2007, he completed a two-year program for theological studies and pastoral ministry formation through the Kino Institute in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix, and began working toward development of a ministry in peace and justice. After seeing the impact that Sound Mission Ministries had on renewing and re-energizing Catholics, Pat and his wife began volunteering for the ministry. Since 2007, he has been the Events Coordinator for Sound Mission Ministries.

Jeremy Vasellina

Jeremy Vasellina has been working in the Audio Visual industry for 7 years. He started working with Sound Mission Ministries in 2005 after the ministry came to his parish in Santa Barbara, California. He is a sought after engineer in the Diocese of Phoenix, and has served many high profile events in the Phoenix area, including the 'Into The Desert For Christ' Catholic Men's Conference. Jeremy is the director of the Audio Visual ministry at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Tempe, Arizona.

Marnie Maza has been serving as the office manager and book keeper for Sound Mission Ministries for over two years. She and her husband, Dave, have been married 19 years and reside in Tempe, Arizona.  They have 5 children, and Marnie has been home schooling for 10 years. She served as the treasurer of Sacred Heart Home Educators for 4 years, and is part owner of a property management business. Marnie enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and playing games with the family.

Joe Gentile is the co-founder and an executive officer of AfterMath
Claim Science, Incorporated. As the President of the Board of Directors
for Sound Mission Ministries, Joe brings his prayerful guidance and
solid business expertise to the ministry. Joe is married and has two children.
Joe and his wife, Kathleen, currently reside in Thousand Oaks, California.

Gil Montanez

Gil Montanez

Gil Montanez is Vice President of Tempe based Gold Tech Industries, and a Tempe native. Gil is an active parishioner at Our Lady of Mount Carmel, serving consecutive terms on the OLMC School Board, one term as President, and directing the parish's largest fund raising venture for over three years. Currently, Gil serves in several other capacities at the church, including on the Finance Council, the Enrollment Committee, and the Festival Executive Committee. Professionally, Gil serves on the Arizona District Export Council. He has served on The Governor's Science and High-technology Council, as well as the Arizona World Trade Association. As a parishioner at OLMC, Gil witnessed the genesis of Sound Mission Ministries and is proud to bring his business acumen to this ministry. Gil has been married for over 20 years and has two children.

Tom Dobrino

Tom

Tom and his wife Marianne have been married since 1984, and they have been involved in directing their parish youth ministry programs for over 15 years. Music plays a big part in their lives and is what brought Tom to join the Board of Directors of Sound Mission in 2006. He brings to the ministry his extensive business experience as director of sales and applications engineering for his company Roos Instruments Inc., as well as having been in partnership with three different engineering companies in the high tech electronics industry. Tom travels quite often for business but calls San Diego, CA his home.

Fr. John Ehrich
Board Member/Spiritual Direction

Fr. John Ehrich

Father John Ehrich, MA, MDiv, STL, was ordained as a priest for the Diocese of Phoenix in the year 2000. After five years of parish ministry, he spent the next two years studying moral theology at the Accademia Alfonsiana in Rome where he earned his Sacred Theology Licentiate in 2007. Fr. Ehrich is currently the pastor of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Phoenix, AZ. Fr. Ehrich serves as a board member and spiritual advisor for Sound Mission Ministries.
